Our products are supplied for cars of the leading German car manufacturers and further European cars. It involves especially the smallest chassis platforms of Audi or Volkswagen, further Opel, Mercedes, BMW, up to the most luxurious cars such as Bentley or Rolls-Royce. Our customers are mainly manufacturers of axles or manufacturers of anti-vibration components for axle mountings, steering or engines.

Technologie
TECHNOLOGIES
2-axis CNC turning of 3m profiles up to a diameter of 50mm, one-shaft and two-shaft turning machines.
3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centres for dimensions up to 1500x800mm.
CNC disc saws for precise cutting of 6m profiles, max. parts´ dimensions 380x80mm.
Finishing operations: knurling, barrel finishing, washing, brushing, marking and 100% inspection, riveting.
Production plants are situated in Northern and Southern Bohemia.
